Trailside Yoga

Described as the “original downtown yoga studio”, Trailside Yoga is located at 513 Prairie Street in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Established in 2014, Trailside Yoga has created an inclusive yoga community that focuses on education, transformation, and personal growth.  This studio offers everything, including hot yoga, slow flow, teacher training workshops, and more. With each team member  having a minimum of 200 hours as a registered yoga teacher designation, one can be sure that they are in good hands with this team.

Bee Well Yoga

Located within Rogers, Bee Well Yoga is a studio that aims to offer accessible yoga practices for everybody. “We are a place where the yoga community can come together, flourish, and grow.” This studio takes a healthy approach to balancing physical activity alongside a fluctuating lifestyle. Their website describes this feeling, stating “some days your body needs a sweaty, powerful workout, and on other days, your body needs rest.” Bee Well Yoga offers over 35 classes each week, making sure participants have an opportunity to choose what best works for them. Elxr Yoga

With locations in both Fayetteville and Rogers, this studio is a modern boutique that is committed to helping members reach their goals in safe and effective ways. If you are new to the world of yoga, they are currently offering a fee of $59 for 2 weeks of unlimited classes to figure out what works best for you.  All ages, races, bodies, and genders are welcome. Arkansas Yoga and Therapy Center

The Arkansas Yoga and Therapy center is a locally owned community center founded by Andrea Fournet in 1998. They not only provide specific services, but encourage a new way of life. The site states“ You will be nurtured and coached through our Safe, Accessible, Sustainable, Adaptable = S.A.S.A practices for the ultimate holistic experience.  We offer Yoga from beginner to advanced levels, Therapeutic Yoga*, Tai Chi, Mindful Meditation, Breath-work (Pranayama), and more, in our beautiful eco-friendly facility, built with YOU in mind.” Vogue Magazine even identified AYC as a top 5 yoga studio nationwide. Located at 1949 Green Acres Rd in Fayetteville, one can experience this encouraging environment, and use the tools given to transform their life and community.

Day by Day Healing Yoga

At this studio, they believe that everything is connected– the mind, body, and soul. They aim to encourage true sustainable wellness, by addressing all aspects of these interconnections. Located at  221 N College Ave Fayetteville, AR, their resources include mental health therapy, bodywork and energy healing, and yoga and movement classes. “Our goal is to empower you to be the architect of your own health and healing.”

Yoga Story

Yoga Story is a welcoming yoga studio located in Downtown Bentonville, Arkansas, established in 2010. It offers a diverse range of classes suitable for all levels, including hot and room-temperature vinyasa flows, yin yoga, meditation, and fitness-focused sessions like TRX, Sculpt & Flow, and Mat Pilates . The studio emphasizes empowerment, education, and authenticity, aiming to create a supportive community where individuals can explore their personal yoga journey .

Cocoon Yoga Lab

Cocoon Yoga Lab is a transformative wellness studio founded in 2019 by Tammy Mores, a former corporate executive who turned to yoga and holistic practices to find balance and peace. Located in Northwest Arkansas, Cocoon offers a variety of experiences designed to promote inner growth and well-being.

The studio provides diverse offerings, including reiki-infused sound healing, mindful movement, and deep exploration sessions. Special events such as “Moment of Movement” and “Moment of Meditation” are held at The Momentary, offering participants opportunities to engage in yoga and meditation practices.  Additionally, Cocoon hosts unique experiences like “Sunday Reset: Moving Art,” where yoga is combined with creative expression, and “Sunday Reset: Best in Flow – Poses & Pups,” integrating playful yoga sessions with adoptable dogs.

Currently, Cocoon operates through pop-up events and virtual gatherings while awaiting a new permanent space. Virtual offerings include sound bath sessions focusing on different chakras, such as the sacral, solar plexus, and heart, aimed at fostering self-love, empowerment, and emotional balance.
